I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was also excellent, as it was close to the lake and just a 3-minute walk from the metro, making it easy to explore this beautiful city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

This hotel is within walking distance from Xi Hu. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The reception is also very helpful to our queries.

Room facilities are excellent, especially the handphone that can dial any number within China for free. Staff are also very friendly. I was expecting several parcels during my stay and easily received them with the help from the staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel for those on business trip.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers and within easy walking distance to the lake. It offers a comfortable and clean room with a newly redecorated bathroom. the staff, although their English is limited, are friendly and willing to assist. the hotel provides amenities such as toothbrushes, shavers, and toiletries. Wi-Fi is available and the TV has a good selection of channels. there is a small gym with exercise equipment.

The staff's service attitude is lacking, particularly when it comes to providing directions. They often respond with I do not know without offering any further assistance.

Friendly staff and comfortable stay for cheap price. Close to the west lake and convenient to walk to places, but no wifi in the room was a bit annoying.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short stroll away from the beautiful lake. The staff here are friendly and provide excellent service, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities are top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The free toiletries provided were of high quality and the electric kettle came in handy for our morning coffee. The television and am/fm alarm clock were a nice addition, and the flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury. We also enjoyed the dining bar/lounge area, where we could relax and unwind after a long day.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

It is just 5 minutes slowly walk to the center of West lake which is the main attraction of Hangzhou.No breakfast but there are so many restaurants surround this hotel. All hotel staff could speak English and there are 2-3 beautiful Russian girl which speak English and Chinese very good rotating which each other all the time. You can walk to the lake and the famous Grandma's restaurant but it has very long queue . There are many electric carts run along the major attraction point of this lake which cost 10Y/ stop and there are 5 major stops .

According to Booked.net , this hotel must provide free WiFi in the room but after checking in ,the reception staff inform that no WiFi available in the room except you must paid for it. After strong convince refer to Booked.net , the hotel staff give some device to use the free WiFi in the room. So if you need WiFi in the room , I recommend you to talk to the reception. The cable of shower is broken and need fixing.

The hotel was only a ~10min walk away from the West Lake and night market. The rooms are slightly old, but still quite pleasantly decorated. Great for the amount you pay.

Mattresses were very hard. Not many food places nearby. Staff could not speak much English, and had difficulty explaining where tourist destinations were. They have a strange policy and could not explain why they were asking for such a large room deposit on check-in. Turns out when you book on Booked.net they charge your card with a reservation deposit, then on check-in they ask you to pay for an additional room deposit. At check-out they refund the reservation deposit and the room deposit, then charge you the actual agreed room fee amount.

Great value and location walking distance to popular attractions. Excellent breakfast in a high-rise restaurant with panoramic views. Rooms are clean and come with a mobile phone for guests to use during their stay.

Bathrooms are small, and the air conditioning can be weak. Some staff members were not as friendly or experienced as expected.

Perhaps the only slight inconvenience was that we had requested a twin room with a double bed and ended up with two beds which were slightly larger than singles. It wasn't really clear whether all the twin rooms are like this or whether they had run out of rooms with doubles.

What I liked about it was the great value for the price. the breakfast buffet was wonderful with many choices available, including numerous vegetarian options. the location was really helpful, situated near to shops and restaurants, making it easy to go out and explore the area. the hotel provided a shuttle service to the nearby attractions.

Poor Room Maintenance, Bad Housekeeping Service Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was not entirely positive. the room was not well maintained and the furnishings were dated.
